LEO’s in Afghanistan held the 1st Annual Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony on May 15, 2011. Pictured are the 1811s on hand for the historical event and the NLEOM flag signed by the participants. It was a good ceremony fitting the memory of those lost, but not forgotten.
