Our staff is ready to provide you with information on meeting facilities, unique venues, accommodations, service vendors and leisure activities.

The Marketing department is happy to assist in publicizing your upcoming Cleveland event. A local media directory is available upon request and your press release can be posted in our online pressroom.

Pre-Promotion

To ensure that your Cleveland event draws attendees, we can begin promotional efforts as early as the preceding year’s convention.

Housing Solutions

If your meeting utilizes two or more hotels, our housing department will gladly manage all aspects of your group’s housing needs. Our experienced and professional staff uses passkey.com to manage the housing process. Attendees are able to make reservations via Internet, fax, mail, email or phone. We also offer a full-service call center upon request.

Restaurant Reservation + City Information Booth

Our staff experts are available to assist delegates in their selection of restaurants and free-time activities. This service is available to all city-wide conferences (utilizing 1,000+ rooms on peak night) on a complimentary basis. It is available to all other groups at our prevailing registration rates.

Cleveland Registration Assistance Requirements Registration requirements must be submitted to our office in writing no later than 30 days in advance of your meeting. They must include specific dates, hours, duties, locations and number of personnel necessary. Any requests for registration assistance received less than 30 days in advance of your meeting may require hiring a third-party company for an additional fee.

Basic Rates*

Prior to 8am, after 5pm Monday-Saturday, all day Sunday Registration (clerk/typist/information) desk.............$17.00/hr. Show office personnel and supervisors.....................$18.00/hr. Minimum Hours

A four-hour minimum is required per person, per day.

Parking*

An $8 per-person, per-day fee to help defray transportation costs will be included on your invoice.
