a collaborative working relationship. While this independence became “at risk” after the PeopleSoft acquisition, it was once again recognized and valued by Oracle, as was re-establishing a collaborative working relationship. Quest has a proven history of resiliency, agility and ability to adapt to change. With increased surveying of member needs and it commitment to “listening to the voice of the customer,” the development of the new Quest Web site that will be launched this summer, the rollout of online education and a major initiative to interact with and better service I.T. decision makers, Quest will continue to remain a key resource for Oracle customers in various technical and functional positions within their organizations. It will provide content and communication via delivery channels adapted to individual work styles and preferences. Quest will use its meeting planning expertise to support and deliver fact-to-face user group meetings, at various levels, while at the same time developing and supporting productive virtual communities. One thing I know for sure from my long tenure with Quest – Quest will continue to embrace and adapt to change and remain focused on meeting the needs of its members and customers. 25
