The Viterbi School’s Distance Education Network Introduces New Programs • M.S. in Electrical Engineering: a program combining traditional topics in power generation, transmission and distribution with cutting-edge issues such as integration of renewable energy sources and control opportunities of the smart grid. • M.S. in Green Technologies: an inter- disciplinary program addressing both the supply side of alternative energy sources and the demand side of energy efficiency and carbon waste management. • M.S. in Health Systems Management Engineering: a joint offering with the Master of Health Administration Program that prepares students for process improvement roles in the health care industry.
